Ladies and Gentlemen,
I am proud to say that Dre Mazzenga was my Valentine. She bought me a rose and a bag full of little trinkets. I bought her a 40. I feel this defines the essence and the beauty of our relationship. We then watched “Singin in the Rain” till we passed out. It was the best Valentine’s Day I’ve ever had.
This year I made Sam a tumblr account for Valentine’s Day. I wanted it to be a look back at our 7 years, complete with old pictures, love letters, and quotes. I also asked a few of his friends to contribute blurbs. The point being, I always tell Sam I love him, maybe it’d be nice to hear it from other people.
Little did I know… SAM DID THE EXACT SAME MOTHER FUCKING THING FOR ME!!!!!
We were absolutely blown away.
Anyway, I wasn’t planning on making his Valentine’s Day Tumblr public, but this is just too serendipitous not to share. Endless thanks to our amazing friends who had the unfortunate task of writing on both our blogs. I love you all.

FOR THE RECORD, I’D LIKE TO POINT OUT THAT ELAINE, DRE AND I WERE THE SINGERS FOR THIS PHENOMENAL VIDEO.
For a few short years in the 90’s, my favorite show in the universe was MTV’s The State. I still have episodes on tape but the quality isn’t very good. I long for the day when they FINALLY release the DVDs.
