I am a born and bred New Yorker. It is hardly a stereotype to say that we are a highly desensitized group of people. Therefore, it takes A LOT to make me stop and stare at something. This was one rare occasion when not only did I have to stop, I had to stare for a solid 5 minutes. I hope others can witness Pink Gorilla on Bass with Cookie Monster on Xylophone playing jazz in Union Square. In the words of Winston from the Ghostbusters… “I LOVE THIS TOWN!!!”
